Who’s behind The Salon Stockroom?
Just me 👋 I’m an independent, not a chain, so when you message, you’re talking to the same person who packs your order, plans the delivery runs, and knows what brand of nail tip you always re-order. No call centres here, just proper personal service.
Do you have a shop I can visit?
Not at the minute — everything runs from my (very organised) stockroom. Keeps things simple and means I can offer free local deliveries without passing on extra costs.
How long does delivery take?
Local deliveries usually go out next day. I group them by area to keep it efficient. Anything further afield goes via Royal Mail or DPD (normally 1–3 days). I’ll always let you know when yours is heading out so you’re not left guessing. If your local and it’s urgent, say you’re run out mid wax , I’ll I’ll try my best to get it to you asap!
Can I add something to my order?
Absolutely. Happens all the time! Just drop me a quick message. If your parcel hasn’t gone yet, I’ll pop it all in together.
Do you offer trade prices?
Yes! The Salon Stockroom is for pros only, so all pricing is already trade. No gimmicks, no over-complicated accounts, just good stock at fair prices.
What brands do you stock?
A bit of everything. Trusted salon favourites, some smaller local gems, and the odd “where’s this been all my life?” find.
What makes you different from the big suppliers?
I actually get what it’s like to run a salon. You won’t get automated emails or hold music, just quick, honest replies and flexible delivery. The bonus of buying from a small biz is you actually get looked after.
Can you get something that’s not on your site?
I’ll always try! Message me if there’s something specific you’re after, I can usually source it or pop it on my next stock order.
What if there’s a problem with my order?
No stress. Message me directly and I’ll sort it. No forms, no waiting weeks for a reply. Just me, sorting it fast.
